If you still have one of your earrings, you can return it to us and purchase a brand new pair for 50% off the current price — as long as the same design is still available in our current collection.
How This Differs from Warranty Coverage
If your earring issue is covered under our warranty, you do not need to use the exchange program — you'll receive a free replacement pair instead. Here’s what our warranty includes:

Yes! We can help you return your remaining earring and purchase a new pair at 50% off as long as it’s still in our collection.
We provide a courtesy pre-paid label that we email you once we confirm the item is in good condition. Once you receive the label it will need to be shipped back to us within 3 to 5 days.
Unfortunately, we can only exchange for designs that are still in our product line.

Once we receive your returned earring, your discount code will be emailed to you.
This warranty applies to:
- Broken chains or clasps due to manufacturer fault
- Loose or fallen stones
- Structural issues such as cracked settings, prong misalignment, or faulty solder joints
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, plating loss over time)
- Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., drops, exposure to harsh chemicals or water)
- Theft or loss of the item
- Lost stones due to improper care or neglect
